Airai 5th Grade Students Take Class Outside

What better way to study seagrass and mangrove ecosystems than to go out and explore them? Airai Elementary School 5th grade students recently took part in Outdoor Classrooms for Seagrass Ecology and Mangrove.

Traditional knowledge passed down to these students will inspire them to preserve and protect their environment. They also understand the roles that these ecosystems play in the environment as a whole.
