Magical Moments at Ngerkeklau

Part of every good camp is staying overnight at beautiful Ngerkeklau Island.

We watched turtles hatch and counted how many made it to the ocean. Then we planted 80 giant clam seedlings in Bengall as part of this once a famous giant clam reef area!

Have you ever tried paddle boarding at moon rise, or having a dugong visit you while drifting a dawn?

There was music and smores, great tasting camp food!

We also saw a moon set that looked like the Palauan flag.

When we got back, we visited Ngerutechei, a magical village of gods, with a giant, rainbow bridge and much to see and learn.

Mother Nature, you are too generous!
