The Turtle and Bekai Thank You

In recent months, the Mindszenty High School Student Body Association has been very active in Ngerchelong’s tiny island Ngerkeklau by cleaning up marine debris on the island’s beaches. 

Ngerkeklau is known for its pristine beaches, archeological sites and abundance of endemic plants. It is also a nesting site for hawksbill and green turtles as well as the Palau megapode, bekai.

We at Ebiil Society salute your achievements and thank you along with the bekai and turtles that nest on the island.
